Do we need POS integration or new hardware?
Discovery Pass uses DiscoveryConsole, an intelligent spot management system, which seamlessness integrates with whatever software or POS system you use. No additional admin training or modules needed for your staff. We need your Api key and the rest is handled by us.
Will Discovery Pass undercut our retail
No. Discovery Pass offers discounts and incentives based upon activity of a customer in our game. This discount is seen as a reward for loyalty and commitment rather than a public discount and is only offered to players who are consistent. The discount will be taken out of our commission at an extra cost to us.
Can I set cooldowns
Yes you can! We promote discovery and diversity. If you prefer a customer only able to come once a fortnight that is up to you.
What if a member changes their mind at the door?
If members have booked and try to cancel within your cooldown period, our partnered venues still get paid
How fast do we get paid?
Daily. We send payments via stripe daily. Actual arrival time can vary depending on your bank’s holding time.
